What are you running? Adsense doesn't have dianostics....

If you log into adsense there is a tab that says site diagnostics.
Ahh, ok, i see what you are referring to.
Do the 'not found' links still exist? If you've moved threads (and left a redirect), the url changes. Deleted threads are also obviously not going to work either.
If they are legit threads, your ist emay have been down or not responsive to that request when google tried to view it last.
I have a handful of errors in there, but they are all related to my robots file.

No, some of them have been removed or moved. So that is ok then for them to show up as not found...Is there a way I can change something to make it not show that or not hurt my rankins?
The adsense bot has NOTHING to do with GoogleBot. Adsense bot is for creating the ad units with the proper contextual ads.

Im aware of that. However, google webtools also picks up the same errors. So is it ok/normal for them to not pick them up? and/or how can i fix it if its a bad thing?
You will have to go through each one and find out why it is reporting as it is.
Some are likely valid and SHOULD show as errors.
If others are not, check the last date on the record and see if you can trace it back to a server issue in your error logs.
Ultimately, unless you have 1000s of records, i think it's a waste of time. There will always be hiccups between services and their reporting is days delayed at best on some of those things.

Ah. Ok. If its typical to have errors once in a while and not that many then I'll just let it go. Thanks for the help Brian.
