Problems

I have problems with this program since installing it. My site runs slow and Ive had a few down's in which is related to using this program.

I'm not a pro. in using any software. Is there anyway I can test this program to see if it is working CORRECTLY with my vBulletin site.

I also use some vBseo plugins. vBSEO :: Conditional Signatures and vBSEO:: Sitemap Generator. If I disable them the site is down. I hate to think what would happen if I removed them.

when did you start experiencing the issue? What is your average server load with vBSEO enabled and disabled?

The problem is how do I know this software is working as it should. How can I test it. I have done a number of support tickets with issues. If I disable it this is what I get

I will disable it for a few hours go to citrusnorth.com and click on any of the topic's for the above errors. This is a support ticket I recieved from vBulletin. I can not disable it without error's

Thank you, I've logged in and checked around with your configurations. It appears that the problem is caused by vBSEO's rewrite of URL. Instead of http://citrusnorth.com/forumdisplay.php?f=15, vBSEO is converting the links to http://citrusnorth.com/news-center/ which breaks the directory structure of the CSS. I do not know why their software is not configured to detect this on your site, so you will need to check with their support in order to resolve this issue. Unfortunately, this is not part of vBulletin's normal behaviour, so we cannot provide further assistance on this issue.

when you disable vBSEO your old links are no longer working and you should use dynamic vBulletin URLs instead.

How do I use dynamic vBulletin URLs.

You should open your forums homepage and click any link on it. (please note that vBSEO should be disabled in *vbseocp*).

In my forum homepage CitrusNorth.ComI have no links. only topics, within the topic's I may have links. I can not disable vBSEO. The TOPIC"S do not appear correctly when clicked or entered an error appears as in the above posting.

Please look at one of the above posting for the error's on the page and also the support ticket that was sent to me from vBulletiin.

I really don't understand your above posting. I suggest a complete review from vBSEO pertaining to this issue and all support tickets that has been submitted. Something is wrong within the server an the installation of this program. Dale
