Priorities? Help Please?

Hi. Two simple questions:

I have a very large forum that relies on Adsense so:

1. What pages do you recommend to include in the sitemaps? I don't want Google to waste their time on useless pages. Again, I have a very large forum.

2. What are exactly the priorities to enter in the sitemap settings for indexing of those pages? I want them top priority but don't know the exact numbers to enter.

2- I suggest to let vBSEO calculate the priority just make sure this option is enabled in your vBSEO sitemap settings "Smart Priority"
