Ordered Product but No Delivery after 2 Weeks

To whom it may concern,

I ordered vbseo several weeks ago, was billed immediately but I have not received the product, as yet.

I have repeatedly called the telephone number and have left several messages as well as opened a ticket with 2CO last week...And have received nothing, no response.

I am being left with no choice but to request a refund.

Too bad, as I was looking forward to using your software.
