i really don't know how to setting the vbseo. is anyone can help? what is the best setting for the vbseo admincp. anyone know chinese here?

can you tell should i enable yes for those function or not
Replace the 'META KEYWORDS' Content?
Replace the 'META DESCRIPTION' Content?
Define the 'META DESCRIPTION' Length?
Replace 'Forum Links' with direct links to target URLs?
Add Thread Titles to Showpost Links Anchor Text?
Replace 'Forum Links' with direct links to target URLs?
