Is my sitemap working?

I just discovered this specialist sitemap forum, so I'm re-posting this here:


I think my sitemap should be available at:
http://www.myforum.com/sitemap_index.xml.gz

Is that right?

When I go there, I just get re-directed to my main index page:
http://www.myforum.com

And when I go to:
http://www.myforum.com/vbseo_sitemap...p_index.xml.gz

I get a 403 error:
You don't have permission to access /vbseo_sitemap/data/sitemap_index.xml.gz on this server.

Is that what I should get (because I'm not a spider) or is that a problem?

I had an old version of the sitemap mod installed.
