All vb sections are included in the vbseo sitemap. visit the vbseo sitemap options pane for configuration.

If you have other addons that have urls, you can use our add-ons folder for example queries and documentation, or manually enter them into the extra urls txt file, and it will be included in the vbseo sitemap generator process.

On a particular site of mine, I submit a blog sitemap and a forum sitemap to Google, and so this topic interests me as well, it's a good discussion. Google webmaster tools allows for multiple sitemaps to be submitted per site/domain. So maybe its encouraged and/or not a problem to have different areas of the site with different sitemaps all submitted to Google. Looking forward to other opinions and if anyone ran some tests.

Yes, There's no problem at all to add more than 2 or 3 sitemaps, I have on my own site more than 3 sitemaps for more than 3 different scripts.

What I have in google Webmaster is the VBSEO sitemap and "Sitemap.xml" that I did at a free website, it has 500 urls. Is this good or should I stick with VBSEO map only?

both maps have 1,142 and zero are indexed.

    Thank you

As long as the 'free' generator doesn't contain any forum urls, it is fine to submit.
