Index and nonindex

I have question here....If I am using the tag <meta NAME="robots" CONTENT="INDEX,FOLLOW"> and page is indexed. Now make this tag no follow and noindex here is tag <meta NAME="robots" CONTENT="NOINDEX,NOFOLLOW"> then the indexed page will it removed from google database.
