Currently on 3.6.x, so I can't utilize the Thread Tagging feature; and I don't have the blog addon installed. So showthread and forumdisplay are the only pages I include in sitemap.
I'll leave it that way even after I upgrade to 3.8.x

If your tags are a bunch of trash tags there probably is no reason to have them included. If there is actual value in them, then yeah they should be included.
As far as blogs go, I don't have the blog module but if I did I would include them
