Include Show Post Pages?

Due to a runtime problem of my scheduled task I have to think about disabling the "Include Show post pages" option.

Having enabled it my task fails after around 230s.

Would you disable this feature or makes it more sense to include all posts?

What are your experiences, suggestion, etc.?

yes, I have them disabled as well and its perfectly fine for showpost pages to be excluded. This would drastically reduce your number of URL's in the sitemap (but they are not relevant at all so its okay)

Also, i'd suggest you to Turn off Showpost rewrite and replace showpost links with permalinks.
