Include old urls ?

I have changed [forum_title] to f[forum_id]/ and edited a option in
vBSEO Google/Yahoo Sitemap: include old urls - Yes.

Anyone can tell me It is ok or not ?

"Include old urls" means adding default vBulletin URLs to it (showthread.php?t=X), so you should keep it disabled.
Please note that it's strongly recommended NOT to change URL formats since search engines will have to reindex your pages again.

Include old URLs does not cover "previous vBSEO URL formats you used". It only covers the vBulletin default (.php) type URLs.

Related: Staff discussion has recently yielded the discussion that including old URLs be run for no more than 30 days for better results.
