Showthread and forumdisplay are all i recommend including.
IF your blogs/groups are popular, than include them too.
everything else, i would suggest not including.

How do I limit what to submit to the sitemap?

You can edit what's included in the vbseo sitemap settings menu.

After you have configured this to your liking, delete all the xml.gz files as before, and head into the sitemap reports page and re-generate the sitemap manually.

Ok, I did that. Now, when I click on http://www.sadoun.net/forums/sitemap_index.xml.gz
It is giving me: Sitemap file not found
How do I regenerate the Sitemap?

The sitemap task only runs 1 time a day, so if you change settings and delete stuff, you need to regenerate manually so it does exist.

You can find a rebuild link within the vbseo sitemap Reports menu (site.com/forum/vbseo_sitemap/)

How do I reset my password to access the vbseo sitemap Reports menu?

The password is set on the sitemap options screen towards the bottom.

Why do you have so many sitemaps for just one forum?

Im only having one sitemap, is that wrong?!

I fixed that. I have only one now. Thanks to Brian, I was able to get this level of organization. Hopefully this will reflect well on Google and Yahoo indexing results.
