I have to make a new sitemap?

Hi everyone, i made several changes on my forum and i need to know if i must to make a new sitemap or what i have to do?
Please

I have 4 months with vBSEO, but i only have 94 register users in almost 7 months!. I think something is wrong and i really need professional help but in the spanish forum nobody help me.

I'm not sure if this is ok and all (being that I'm a newbie to VBSEO and vbulletin), but...

Javierogo, without telling us your niche, have you tried searching for forums based on the same niche that you have on different search engines? How many members do they have? How long have those sites been around?

My forum is less than 1 month old and I have just over 115 members (Probably only 100 if I delete the banned spam bot accounts). VBSEO so far has been a great tool, and I've been getting indexed very fast within google.....BUT

at the same time, I have been working my way into some high PR backlinks just by sending out some polite emails and doing favors for website owners in my niche. I've also been commenting on different community places that allow you to post your website.

There's so much involved with building a great website/blog with high page rank and good search results. I'm sure the same principles will work with my first forum.

I was in others forums of vBulletin in spanish with the same time (5 or 6 months) and they have more than 10,000 register users and more than 40 guests at the same time. I have only 14 or 19 guest max and 114 register users, only 1 new register each 2 or 3 days in 6 months.
I don't know if is my manage of the site or something else. I really would like to know what the hell is happening.

I have to post post post my self several thinks for robots?
I try to make many links and pictures from others sites and my own albums ... it is ok?
