Huge Processing Time for VBSEO Sitemap Report

Since I've reinstalled VBSEO Sitemap Report I'm getting the following report:

    74 2009-01-17 02:13 85,766.58 s 129,616
    75 2009-01-19 02:43 83,970.77 s 129,765
    76 2009-01-21 03:36 81,106.48 s 130,023
    77 2009-01-23 02:01 86,749.55 s 130,278
    78 2009-01-25 03:24 81,544.73 s 130,444

This is abnormal because earlier we used the get the Processing time between 30 - 40 seconds.

    Please advice. Thanks in advance.

    Regards,

the sitemap has a re-start function to it.
it sounds like you're running into a timeout or max_execution time, and then the following day it picks up and resumes, finally 2 days later it finishes.

run it manually, and see where it bombs out. you may need to adjust your php.ini, or remove some bloat from the sitemap itself.

    Hi briansol,

Please advice how to run it manually. What adjustment is needed in our PHP.ini. What sorts of 'bloat' I should look at to remove?

    Thanks.

to run manually, go into your.com/forums/vbseo_sitemap/ and login and click on the run command.

when it dies, right click and view source to grab the actual database error thats printed in the html comment.

php.ini may need larger values for max_execution_time or memory_limit. The error will help better diagnoss what you need to change

bloat, see my guide (link in sig). I have a screen shot of recommended settings.
