How tu turn on my sitemap
I was reading a bit here already but I just dont get it
Must i turn it on somewhere or generate it
right now i dont see a sitemap on my site
http://www.bonusparadise.com/forum/sitemap_index.xml.gz

maybe wrong URL?

Please where can i find a step by step guide

you should open vBSEO Google / Yahoo Sitemap for vBulletin and click "Run sitemap generator" to create sitemap.

I thought I will see there more URLs
and no I did not submit it yet to my google webmaster
thought it must show 1st more urls.

So should i just submit my sitemap now to google?

Yes, you can submit it now.
That is just the "index" of your sitemap files, URLs are included in sitemap_(1,2,..).xml.gz files.
