How to not include a forum in VBSEO Map

Hello

I just upgraded to 3.0 version. I tried before to remove two forums from being indexed as they are just RSS feed from other sites.

Choosing not to show the forums for non registered seems to do the trick, but I want the forums to be visible for anyone except VBSEO map and the search engines.

How to do it?

In the vbseo -> sitemap options, there is an entry to add the forum ID's you wish to exclude.
