I honestly have no idea why you want to accomplish those but there is no specific way within the url rewrite rules you are using.

    You could try adding
    Disallow: /*-page1.html
    Disallow: /*-page2.html
    .
    .
    .
    Disallow: /*-pageN.html

into your robots .txt, but I would HIGHLY not recommend doing this ever. 2nd pages and on are all perfectly capable of ranking for terms on their own.

Hello Brian & Mert, I prefer doing it by vbseo sitemap generator, if there a way or option because all posts behind the first post has not benfits in search engine.

This is not a feature of the sitemap generator, and will likely never be. You would need to custom 'hack' it to do this, and will not be supported.

    Code:
    <if condition="$pagenumber>1"><meta name="robots" content="noindex, follow" /></if>

You've mis-interpretted what he is saying. He says sites that break content into pages on purpose should be avoided.

    ie, a how-to
    step 1= page 1
    step 2 = page 2

    and so on.

Logical content that extends to a long mass of words is still fine to page break.
