Homepage is indicized, discussions are not

Hi all,
I'm having a big problem since a couple of days. Until last week many of my forum's discussions were on the first places on google related searches, since a 3 days they have disappeared. What is the impression now is that the home page of the forum is well indicized while the posts and the discussion are not.

What could that be due to?

I used the script to convert phpBB links to vbulletin ones and I moved my forum from phpBB to vBulletin 3 weeks ago.

Yes, give it time. You're still under-going the re-indexing process. It can take 4-6 weeks for most sites.

You think I may get things go faster if I resubmit my site to google?

The fact is that everything was fine until 4 days ago, everything was on google, older and newer (eg after moving to vbulletin) posts. Suddenly everything disappeared and visits dropped...

How would you explain that?

Google changes its SERP indexes CONTSTANTLY. You just changed software and ALL urls. A drop is expected. It will take time to recover.

So you think it's ok the drop happened after almost a month after moving the forum?

Yes, the first 3-6 weeks is usaully when it happens. Just give it time. The hit now will pay off in the long run.

Sorry if I insist brian, but the last discussions added after moving were indicized, can you confirm this is what happen?

There is only the NEW url to those threads, so they never need to be dropped out and replaced. Again, normal.
