Google: Sitemap url?

I'm confused.

I am in the new Google webmaster tools section and have verified my domain. Now I want to tell Google webmaster tools where my sitemap is located. I know that the vbseo auto-notifies google but I'd like to input the URL into the webmaster tools/sitemap because all the urls are not being indexed and I want to try to get them indexed.

What url do I use? When I look at the reports, there are a bunch of urls where my sitemap resides. Do I use the one called index in google webmaster tools/sitemap URL?

If you right-click those links in your vBSEO report and choose Copy Shortcut, that is the URL you want to submit.

Ok I need to do this do. Where do I get this report and links?
