Google description

Hi all;
If I find my forum on google, the site description is "ppoe intotheapple ripristino ipad bloccato guida amule impostazioni itunes non si apre safari lento mac nero virus pulire alternativa" which are the forum meta tags.
I would like to have something more "user friendly".

Now, if I show the html code of my homepage I can se this line:

Would I solve my problem if I change this line (I don't even know which file it is in…) with the description I want form my site?

This is hardcoded in the vboptions pane in admincp for general settings.
