Getting indexed

I just have a quick question as this is my first time every making a webpage and a forum. How long does it take to get index by google and get a page rank. I've had my forum up for 2 months and 10 days, just installed vBSEO the other day, but I figured I would have been indexed before. Am I doing something wrong, or does it take longer to have google bring it up.

I also did a future page rank and everything came back 0.

Well you are indexed with 213 pages in google, so you seem to be good there in comparison to the amount of pages you actually have on the site.

As for pagerank, you need backlinks to start building before that is going to happen. You currently show 0 backlinks. You can go the natural route and wait for other sites to link to your content as you build the content, or you can purchase links on some sites with good pagerank (on the page your link would be at) until you start getting some natural backlinks.

You can get a free link on bodybuilding.com, which has good PR on its link page, and good PR throughout the site. Since that is a related site, I would exchange a link with that site, and any other fitness/bodybuilding sites that I can.

There is also another vbseo site here, dutchbodybuilding.com which is very well established and does a link exchange with related sites.

If you don't mind me asking what do you use to check linkbacks?
