File size of 5.2.so ioncube installer - will this get smaller?

I upgraded my php to 5.2.2 last night and uploaded the lastest loader file for ioncube. It is 3 times larger than the others. Will this increase server load? Will this file get smaller with time?

    TIA

Once vBSEO 3.1 is released, you won't need that anymore anyway.

vBSEO 3.1+ will be unencrypted, so Zend nor ionCube will be required.

Cool. Does that mean it will put less overhead on the server?
