can someone post a example how you enter extra urls in that txt file.

not sure if I have to enter some commands.

It is a simple one URL per line file, like:

http://www.domain.com/page.html
http://www.domain.com/page2.html
..

optionally you can add "frequency" and "priority" parameters separated by comma:

Code:

http://www.domain.com/page.html,daily,0.7
http://www.domain.com/page2.html,weekly,0.4
..
