Error on new host

I think my problem is something not enabled on new vps. I get the same error on other sites on same box. :(

if you just moved, the old server owns the data directory.

rename data to data_old

a new data folder should be made automatically,

or you can figure out what the correct owner should be (nobody, perhaps) and chown it

Or try to set 0666 permissions to all files inside data/ folder (especially downloads.dat).
