Error message

I have the following errors on my site map report page. How do I go about fixing them, Thanks

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /vbseo_sitemap/index.php on line 405

Make sure that all files in data/ folder have 0666 permissions.

I get this error when I try to go into the that folder.

Request denied.
Verify that the file or folder exists and that you have the necessary permissions on the server to perform the requested operation

And data/ folder itself should have permissions 0777.
