Download confusion

Having been alerted by Joe today about not having installed the google yahoo sitemap, I am having problems identifying how and where I download and install this from. I've been looking at
vBSEO Google/Yahoo Sitemap Generator - vBulletin.org Forum
as I am running VB 3.6.2 so guess this is where I should be looking.

But I'm at a loss. Do i have to download it from my members account at VBulletin ?

Confused as hell. For sure. Please explain in laymans terms how I do this.

You can download it from the thread on vBulletin.org, or from the Downloads area here on vBSEO.com. vBSEO Sitemap is a free product available to everyone, so it is available in both locations.
