They all dont change at once. You might not have gone yet, or you might have and just not changed.

The update is now going on but perhaps in 2 weeks or so, we'll know if our sites have moved up in rank or down. Right now my web directory moved from a 2 to a 3 but that's not final though. lol
My forum i just started a month ago so i know that'll have no rank yet. This is a long awaited PR update.

I've seen PR changes on most of my sites. Just wait a few days, should be finished within a week or two.
