Is the current version of sitemap generator compatible with vBulleting 3.7.0?

I'm going to upgrade to vBulletin 3.7.0 tonight.

1. Does the current sitemap generator version work with vB 3.7?

2. If yes, what is the best way to go about the update of vB? Should I uninstall sitemap generator, do my vB update, and then install sitemap generator again?

yes, current version of vBSEO Sitemap Generator will work with vB3.7.0. You can install vBulletin as usually, there is no need to uninstall/reinstall sitemap generator.

Thanks much. And I'm assuming the same goes for my vBSEO version 3.1.0 - compatible & no need to uninstall and/or disable before vB update? How about vBSEO Skin? Can I just leave it on, and go-ahead with my vB update?

If the answer to all of the above is a YES, then the vB update is going to be much simpler than I originally thought.

Yes, that's correct.

You might need to revert some templates to get them working with new vB3.7 functionality.

Will there be a new version of vBSEO sitemap generator when vBSEO 3.2.0 is released?

Yes there will be a sitemap update after vBSEO 3.2.0 Gold

I upgraded to vb 3.7
now when i run sitemap generator, it runs the report and at the bottom of the report it says
database error

any ideas on how I can fix this?

When I go into vbseo sitemap reports and I click on
Show SE Bots Activity Log (vBSEO v2.4.1 or higher is required)

nothing is displayed in the table. Does this take time to see the SE Bots Activity Log? or should it come up straight away?

Make sure that you have 0777 permissions for vbseo_sitemap/data/ folder and you have SE activity logging enabled in vBSEO CP.

changed the CHMOD permissions, hopefully it'll start working

are all the files within the data folder meant to be '777' too?

You can try to manually create "data/hits/" folder (if you don't have one) and set 0777 permissions to it as well.
