Thanks alot for your help and I promise just one question. I think the feature where you submit your links to be included is an excellent thing and im about to start that now - but i would just like to know if its best for example to use ../index2.php or http://www.rs2000-16v.net (Full URLs) for each page? After this I will promise to leave you alone so I thank you SO much for your QUICK and ACCURATE replys, Thanks again       |

You need to use the full URL. However, you can't include URLs at your site root level in your forum sitemap. You can only include URLs on the same directory level.
