About LinkBacksWow I got alot of IP that coming from this IP 207.241.229.77 ia331204.us.archive.org (last 2 digits different).
Is this good thing or bad? They are about 20 of them on my site right now.

archive.org is a web history cacher. I allow it. It's always neat to look back at what your site looked at X years ago without having to keep a working copy of it.

if you want to block it, you can disallow the IA-archiver
