    Can't access my sitemaps?

Does anyone know why I can't access my sitemaps?

    http://www.smartcarofamerica.com/sitemap_index.xml.gz

I would like to get the location of each individual sitemap so I can add them to my webmaster tools account and would also like to know in general if they are working. My report each night indicates they are running and completing but they don't appear to be on my site???

    Your sitemap URL is http://www.smartcarofamerica.com/for...p_index.xml.gz

HUH? If you look inside the file you reference you will see that the urls do not have /forums/ in then. Why is it that this product is placing them in the wrong place? or is it that the file is referencing the wrong place?

And aside from this what is linked to from my sitemap plugin?

Default sitemap files location is in forums folder. If you want to move it to domain root (optional step), additional changes are required, as described in Wiki article.

That is what I am saying. I have not changed anything and I'm using the default settings but why is it showing the default location not under /forums/? I want the default settings and would like for the link in the sitemap settings to work when I click it.

Didn't you change "Sitemap files URL" option in sitemap generator settings? It should be empty.
