Can you submit too many sitemaps?

I have mine set to submit once per day, is that too much? How often does everyone else have theirs set?

Once every three days really, it depends upon the activity of the forums and the amount of new content which you are actually sending in your sitemap. If you forums arent that active then sending a sitemap daily with only 10 or so new links isnt really that neccessary.

There is no known limit in how often you can submit your sitemap.

Talked to Juan yesterday about it as well, no limits per the T.O.S.

I will stick with daily for now until I can get my pages indexed in google better hopefully, then I will reduce the timeframe maybe.
