Strange link code: does it send pr?

I found this strange link code on one of our link partner's page:

It does send the user to our site but in the source there is no trace of our url only this 'linksshow.asp?k=57'.

Does that even count for sending pagerank to a site?

Nope. That is not an equal exchange. It's a redirect script so your link is not there. I would add rel="nofollow" to their link and ask them where they want to go from there.

Pagerank does not pass through any kind of redirect system, even 301.
