Seeking link partner(s) with PR4 or higher

Hello, I am looking to establish a "non-reciprocal yet reciprocal" linking arrangement with a site that has traffic at least comparable to my site, MyA:

Roughly 70,000 visits last month
Roughly 700,000 page views last month

Traffic source breakdown as follows:
United States 71.94%
Canada 10.46%
United Kingdom 6.28%
Australia 5.36%

Currently PR 4, with PR 5 hopefully on the way sometime this millenium.

If you have at least one site with traffic like this or better (YourA), and some other site that could use a boost (YourB), I would like to link to YourB from my site I've describe above (MyA) using the short anchor text of your choice (3 words or less), and have you link to MyB from YourA using my anchor text (3 words or less). The links would of course open in a new browser window so as not to take vistors away from your site or mine.

These "one way" links would hopefully give both YourB and MyB a boost in search engine results, mean additional traffic, revenue, etc. Assuming we are not in the same niche, it doesn't seem there is any downside whatsoever.

I've found most people are tight lipped about their niches for fear that others will enter their space. It's taken me years and time I could not possibly devote again to get MyA to the relatively modest place it is, so you need not fear that there will suddenly be a new competing forum on the block simply because you pm'd me about becoming link partners and described generally the niches you are involved in and therefore could not link to because of self-interest. In order for this to be equally beneficial for me and my link partner, we will have to "show our cards" to ensure we were not each promoting a "competing" site.

If you are interested in becoming link partners and have a site YourA with traffic comparable or better than MyA (detailed above), and your sites YourA and YourB are not associated with pr0n, warez, gambling, sex, bad networks, etc., please shoot me a pm with some details so that we can explore MyA linking to YourB to give it a boost and vice versa.

Of course, I'd be just as happy to link MyA to YourA while YourA linked to MyB.
