Sure thing, why not let everyone post in their lists of vB SEOed forums, and perhaps the first 5-10 entered will then be added to the exchange list. (First come first serve?) Since there are going to be too many vB SEOed forums for me to list in my footer something tells me!

Site wide. eg, on all pages.
Page specific. eg, on one page.
