Build one way links not link exchanges .... I bet I get 30 emails a day asking for link exchanges and I delete them all, I do not even read them...

you right james, The best way to promote our website is one way link building. But some cases we need Link exchange for a better result. Link Exchange can be very lucrative if you have a website whose page rank is good and the number of links, to use the popularity of your website popularity / page rank can enhance / my website.

Many will disagree with this but that's ok ... PR does not determine your rankings. Link exchanges are useless.

Link exchanges are not useless. You only have to look at the top websites in competitve categories like SEO Agency etc to see that the best sites use it as a part of their arsenal.

sure back links are necessary for getting top search in search engine result page.you can use off page nad on page techniques for that.
