all over the place in google

I have no idea why, but my site webprocafe.com is all over the place in google, we change places every couple of days, one day we could be page 5 the next page 7 then maybe moved from 7 to 6 to 5 to 4 then back to 7 - without playing with anything at all...

This has been happening for around 3 or 4 months now, I thorght it might be an algerithm change or something, so I left it

its getting pretty annoying now, as I never know where we are from day to day

my chosen keywords are 'web design forums'

any ideas why this is and would happen ?...

I have even tried ibp and it is saying I am 96% optimised

It's not uncommon for your positions to adjust a few places in the SERPs. Google's ultimate goal for it's index is to have it updated as quickly as possible. You may be in an extremely close race with a few of your competitors. Keep in mind that you may also be seeing the results from different data centers accounting for the fluctuations.

Try establishing 1 or 2 more links to those pages and you may be able to solidify your position or even move further upwards.

Build backlinks .... constantly ..... and SERP fluctuate all the time remember this ..

It's called the Google Dance, it's evaluating your site, but that market web design forum is competitive and always changing I agree with w3bmaster, Build backlinks constantly and also make your site more relative and specific to that keyword.

Build more backlinks ... It's that simple really ... Do not worry so much about jumping around, constantly checking it will just drive you crazy anyways ...lol
