Referencing this thread::: Can you give me suggestions?
Virtual HTML HowTo post: (How To) Add Virtual HTML Display In Your Forum Template
I have followed many of mentioned suggestions over at that thread's second post.
One by one I seek to implement them on our site.
I have one question, which I don't have a clear answer to:
Why would one add Virtual HTML Display?
What is its purpose?
I'm all for it... and every suggestion I have followed from these boards and its members has payed dividends...
Yet I'm lost on the virtual HTML.
What is it for?
Looking forward to learning new information.

Bots generally don't read/parse javascript.
