Who would be the best person to help me set up VBSEO- I am willing to pay if need be

I wanted to get some recommendations from people here to see if there is a "guru" so to speak or a master in this field that helps people setup/optimize VBSEO. Ideally someone that others here can vouch for as being trust worth who has examples of work they've done/feedback from the site owners he's helped.

I am willing to pay for this if need be. Before anyone asks why I don't do it myself, it's because I just don't have the time.
