What should I do with this page?

Ok, I've upgraded to VB from mybb a couple of months ago. As a result Vbulletin now sits on Video Game Chat and mybb was in the main directory... Now whenever people go to search vgchat, the 404 page that resides on the main directory shows up... the /forum part doesn't show up on the main page just yet.

So, what should I do with the page that's sitting on the root directory? Meta refresh it to /forum or 301 redirect it or what?
