What should I do?

I've installed VBSEO and left most of the default settings in place, what can I do to improve traffic/registrations.

The forums themselves are pretty active too.

I'm looking at report stats(from google sitemap) daily it's about 200-400 with some 500-600 days. Anything else I can do to improve traffic then?

Forums: Gamernade, Xbox360, PS3, Wii, PSP, DS and PC gaming all wrapped up in one place!

lose the splash page. either put something up, or auto redirect to the forums with htaccess.

Otherwise, you need to realize that you're in an impossible niche. There's 2314134324324 gaming/clan websites. If you want to make it, you need to offer something new/unique that NO other gaming site does.

I'll lose the splash page then I guess, the main site should do pretty good but its along way off so I'm trying to grow the forums.

I might add the forums are about 2-3 weeks old and we have 8,300 posts. I think we're off to a good start.
