What Gives!!

What Gives?

I purchased vBSEO two days ago with professional installation at $228.00 via my PayPal account.
I have not even received an email confirmation from Crawlability, Inc. let alone asking for the pertinent information required as to my usernames and passwords for my hosting company and forum site which would of course be required for them to install it for me! The only email I revived quite promptly was from PayPal notifying me that I made a $228.00 purchase from Crawlability, Inc. How nice!

So here I sit, out $228.00 and nothing to show for it! Seems to me that Crawlability, Inc. could at least have the common decency to at least send an email notifying me on the status of my order let alone at least having the decency to have sent an email confirmation to me that they received my order! I’m not allowed to ask for help or file a support ticket simply because I do not own the product!

What gives??

Joe gave a good explanation here of what may have happened related to another customer: Purchased VBSEO but was not "logged on" at time of purchase.

PM has been sent to Joe Ward with my PayPal transaction/receipt #.
Yes, I already checked to see if any email from Crawlability was in my junk folder and nothing was there and also yes as to already having been logged in as a member here when I made the purchase.

This order has been taken care of. Unfortunately, we have been having some problems with our order fulfillment system lately. A few orders have been getting missed by the system. We are working to identify the source of the problem and implement a solution ASAP.
