Webseite presenation in Google Search list

I don't understand vbseo, maybe you can help me. Here is an example for a search result which is linked to my website.



The Link is: "fachinformatiker.de/showthread.php?p=1299362?p=1299362"
Why is it not: "fachinformatiker.de/java/145584-metadaten-jpg.html?"

And is "p=1299362?p=1299362" a configuration failure?

My understanding from the relevant replacements were, that they're responsible for the presentation in google search list, but they aren't. What are the relevant replacements doing?

And, last question, I have many double title tags. Is it a configuration failure too?
