which way is better

i have tutorials forums, and was wondering:

I have section for posting tutorials, what i want to do is to make section for requisting tutorials the other way is to put sticky thread for requests.

so i was wondering which method is best for SEO?

Personally I would have a separate forum, or take advantage of the thread prefixes.
