    • Google will not remove them, as they do not break any quality guidelines, and they do not cloak
    • If you use search wiki, you can remove EE from individual queries, as well as some related queries.

    interesting... never realised the answered were in google cache.

    Would it be a violation if you used exactly the same principe but used noarchive metatags?

    I wasn't aware of the search wiki, I'll have to start using that... EE is a site that I commonly (mindlessly) click on, only to go back and look for something with an answer.

    I also, when not mindless, will on purpose pass them by. This will make life easier for me.

    There should be some form of penalty when a page does not have content available, but ranks high due to a title and the authority of the larger site itself, weighting in its favor.
