    vBulletin Running 3.6!

    Taken from the official vBulletin.com support forums;
    Welcome to the first public look at vBulletin 3.6!

    This is the first of a number of posts we will be making over the coming week introducing you to what's new in this new version of vBulletin.

    Take some time to wander around the forums and you'll find new features and useful changes throughout the system. Of course, you won't be able to see everything until you play with it as an administrator and there is far too much to squeeze into a single announcement, so we'll be posting new information daily. Be sure to check back each day for an update!

    Yeah, why give IPB a USP over them? I like most of the new features, actually improving the experience for the end-user rather than introducing more administrative features.

    that warning hack and sig image size limiter are ultra cool features imo. Almost all communities need them.
    looking at the number of features though, how come 3.6.. its fit to be a 4.0

    vBulletin appears to be unleashing a monstor of an upgrade to their software. They are eliminating the need for many hacks. Even adding a stock robot that will read rss feed and post them.

    The upgrade form the 3.0 to 3.5 was nowhere near this big of a change.

    Indeed, now we are getting official support for previously third party plugins. I can't complain How many more of these daily updates do you think we should be expecting before an public BETA release?

    Eh... So did IPB you know. And I think IPB has taken a LOT more from vBulletin than vice versa
