vBulletin related keywords

Inside of Google's Webmaster tools, it lists some of the most "significant keywords". Unfortunately, all of my top keywords are no where near related to my niche and this is very easily explainable. The search bots pick up the words such as "posts" "post" "forum" and "thread" as they appear very often. This is obviously not something that is apart of my site's content but rather apart of vBulletin.

Would it be a good idea to use vBSEO's Virtual HTML tags around those phrases? This way searchbots won't be able to view it.
