We optimize the default vBulletin URLs. However, we also include our Custom Rewrite Rules to allow you to rewrite the URLs added by other plugins such as those you mentioned, etc. Our sitemap also works with the defaults, but includes an extra-urls.txt file for you to add other URLs. You may also modify it the code if you have that ability (or a resource to do so) in order to include the URLs from any other application you install in your forum.
