VBseo Sitemap
Just a couple of questions, I've installed VBseo and VBseo Sitemap but which file do you submit to Yahoo and Google?

Hello Stephen,

you should submit http://yourforumsroot/sitemap_index.xml.gz, http://yourforumsroot/sitemap_1.xml.gz etc. to Google and http://yourforumsroot/sitemap.txt.gz to Yahoo.

Google will accept gz. I have 21 of them that get submitted every day.

Hi, I don't seem to be able to access any files in .vbseo_sitemap/data/ unless via ftp.

Could it be the .htaccess file in that directory?

You shouldn't be accessing them there. Use the URLs Oleg provided above. The .htaccess in your forums directory make them appear to be located there.
