vbseo pinger function

hello i was reading over a pinger mod in vb.org, and they kinda say vbseo instally pings google and yahoo

wich sites vbseo pings?? and is posible to add more :S??

but is also possible to ping chinese, japanese or korean (web search engines) so they might be able to crawl your website.. like for example soso or qq network

If you are talking about ping sites like Pingomatic or Technorati, you may add as many as you want through the vBSEO CP at LinkBacks -> 'Outgoing LinkBacks' tab -> Update Services

If you mean how to ping another SE's, you can add manually the name of another robots manually to your config.xml file, or your functions_vbseo_pre.php file:

If you are want to add more sites in vbseo ping service, Then I wouldn't advice adding more than 7 or 8 sites at maximum, To keep your forum in the safe area with search engines, Also generally our default ping sites is the best setting for this option so you could keep it with the default 3 ping sites.

vBSEO CP at LinkBacks -> 'Outgoing LinkBacks' tab -> Update Services
